SWFS.NZ Warranty and Membership Terms

1. Warranty Coverage

SWFS.NZ leases the lenses, which remain the property of SWFS.NZ throughout the lease period. SWFS.NZ provides a 1‑year warranty on all leased prescription lenses supplied to the customer. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Coating defects

  • Premature lens failure

  • Accidental damage

  • Theft

Excess

A 100 NZD excess applies to any warranty claim made during the 12‑month coverage period.

2. Membership Benefits

Upon receiving this document, the customer is granted 12 months of active membership with SWFS.NZ. Membership includes:

  • Free small frame repairs, such as minor adjustments, screw replacements, and nose‑pad changes

  • One premium frame repair at no additional cost during the membership period

3. Duration of Coverage

All benefits described in this document are valid for 12 months from the date the customer receives this document.

5. Claim Process

To make a warranty or membership claim, the customer must:

  • Provide proof of purchase or this document

  • Submit the affected lenses with frame for inspection

  • In case of theft, proof of police record

  • Pay the 100 NZD excess for lens warranty claims


These terms outline the full extent of the SWFS.NZ warranty and membership benefits provided to the customer for a period of 12 months.
